Overview
Subsource is a B2B directory built to bring accountability to the commercial construction industry. Businesses can search for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and agencies by category across 80+ industry tags (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, concrete, etc.), leave detailed reviews with star ratings, and browse business profiles. The review system supports business replies so both sides are represented, with automatic average rating recalculation on each review. Companies can claim their profiles to manage their listings and respond to feedback. Google OAuth with JWT tokens (1-hour expiry) makes onboarding frictionless, and reCAPTCHA v3 blocks bot signups. 53 API endpoints cover the full CRUD for all entity types. Built with Nuxt 3 for SSR and search engine visibility.
